Their women had no period (menstrual blood) because they thought that being a woman is a cause of shame and therefore, Fatimeh should not have had period!
They were stupid. Hussein's death has been determined in the day of beginning (yovm e alast) and the information was passed not only to Muhammad but also to Adam, Noa, Ibrahim, etc..
They were so self centered and selfish that they thought that world was turning around them!

They were so selfish and stupid that they thought that the life of man kind was only a few thousands year!
Such Imams introduced by the Islamic Republic of Iran, has got nothing to do with The Imams of Dr. Ali Shariati.
Dr. Shariati's Imam Hussein did not die for hijab or salat because the army of Yazid had already had strong faith in hijab and Salat!
Shariati's Hussein was killed in the hands of ignorant Muslims who used to pray and fast and obey the Caliph of the time, Yazid.
Shariati's Hussein died for justice, awareness, freedom, dignity, choice...
Shariati was in contempt of western materialism, but he preffered Gandhi to Allameh Majlesi, and a marxist to many of Shieh Ayatollahs.
Mr Naqvi may not know Farsi and therefore, he is not aware of Shariati's message!
Therefore, I advise Mr Naqvi to learn about Dr Shariati from his son in paris or his wife in Iran.
Shariati's student and follower, Hasan yusefi Eshkavari has ben accused by the special Court of Clerics in Iran as a Murted becasue Eshkavari has stated that women should be free to wear headscarf or appear without headscarf in public.
Those who signed the campaign in support of YusEshkavari were not fundamentalists of pakistan or India but marxist and secular suppporters of Freedom of speech and Human rights.
Hijab or salat are personal choice and Shariati surely did not die for Hijab or salat but he died for freedom and social justice.
